Bank Strategy Pattern Since 1913

(Phase A) Lockdown: Drive people out of business, business real estate gets foreclosed and resold for more money.  

(Phase B) BLM and burning down cities: real estate gets foreclosed and resold for more money.  

(Phase C) Restart economy and milk real estate for trillions until the next economic collapse in 7 years to do it all over again.
