Memorial Day Salute

A righteous salute to all the families of the REAL bad-asses out there. Serious bad-asses. These are the dudes that took a knife to the gut, or got shot in the head for family and country. It is not pretty, but that is what real bad-asses have to risk. Raise a glass to the sky for our fallen countrymen. Chaos Creating America

One of the best books to read open one's eyes on international affairs and the widespread fraud since the end of World War Two is, "Legacy of Ashes":

After reflecting for decades of serious study of history, philosophy, government, political science, and the like, I am coming around to the view that the United States has no real enemies, and we have not had any for a long time.  What we have been doing since World War Two and definitely since the Soviet Collapse, is cause chaos.  There is no reason for all the military spending we do.  There are no threats to the United States whatsoever from a military perspective, and even from an economic perspective.  Give our geography, resources, and population, we are virtually unconquerable, as is the nation of Russia.

So, what the hell are we doing in the Middle East, or anywhere else in the world?  Eisenhower said it best, "Beware of the Military-Industrial Complex."  Can anyone explain Vietnam?  Can anyone explain the shenanigans of the CIA in Latin America?  Can anyone explain what the freaking hell we are even doing in the Middle East?  Why should we give a crap?  Does Mexico or Brazil give a crap about Palestine?  No, we are all oceans away, and have no need to care.  So, why do we give a crap about foreign places at great distances from us?

The short answer is probably because we are goddamned fools.  The long answer is that we are bored, and the best antidote to boredom throughout the ages is to begin killing people.  As Tony Robbins says often, holding a gun to someone's head meets all of the basic human needs, albeit in a sick way: Certainty, Uncertainty, Significance, Connection, Contribution.

We failed miserably in Vietnam and Iraq.  What is the conclusion?  Either we were incapable of victory, or we did not want military victory.  Either conclusion is sickening.  If we are incapable of victory against a minor power, then we are a Paper Tiger, and we can be toppled with very little effort as the Pax Americana.  If we did not want victory, what is it that we wanted?  The answer to this question is probably money and expansion of the Deep State - what we now call Eisenhower's Military-Industrial Complex.

So, we stir up crap around the world to feed the Beast.  The Deep State needs money for guns to produce chaos, which increases the need for the US to come and fix the chaos we created.  This is the reason many think that 911 was an inside job.  Why?  Because if we are willing to get 57,000 men killed in Vietnam on a bogus war for nothing, if there are billions of dollars at stake for the Deep State getting defense contract money and research and development money employing millions of people and enriching the richest people in the world, how hard is it to blow up buildings in New York?  Now, 16 years later, after the colossal failure in Iraq with the killing of over one million people and over 10,000 American soldiers, we look back on 911 and question everything.

It is now conceivable that people who burned down the entire Middle East and exterminating over one million people, can have perhaps planned something as sick as 911.  The sociopaths who exterminate people in the Middle East for fun and profit can easily kill a few thousands in New York without any guilt or remorse.

Syria

The Syrian government is carefully conquering territory and exterminating terrorists.  Russia is helping them out.

So, Assad and the Russians are rationally and strategically eliminating these factions from Syria.

So, the question becomes now, "Why is the Deep State hostile to the Syrian government?"

One must question the integrity of the American Deep State operatives when a foreign government is strategically fighting to eliminate blood thirsty killers from its borders.  Thus, if the Deep State is hostile to the Syrian government, we can only conclude that it is hostile to the elimination of blood thirsty terrorists.  If the Deep State is hostile to the elimination of blood thirsty terrorists, we must conclude that the Deep State supports these terrorists and the chaos it creates.  This is the conclusion if you are a rational thinking person.

Which brings the thinking person to another line of reasoning.  If the Deep State is supporting terrorism and chaos in Syria, it must also be funding them and training them.  Thus, if the American Deep State is funding and training terrorists in Syria, it brings everything in the past 20 years into question.  Did the Deep State create and support Al Qaeda?  Well, the Deep State did train them to fight the Soviets!  And, if this is true, did they also create and support ISIS and the likes?  Well, ISIS is composed of former Baath Party members of Iraq, and the Deep State supported the Baath regime in the Iran-Iraq war!  The next questions go along these lines: is Saudi Arabia funding these groups with the full knowledge and support of the American Deep State? Since 911 was the work of Saudis, can we not conclude that some faction within Saudi Arabia is responsible for 911, and since Bin Laden was a Saudi, then, this brings many things into question about our so-called history and news of the past 20 years?

So, we are in a strange place in history where it appears that criminals are running large sectors of the American government.  With the publication of the book, "Legacy of Ashes" mentioned above, we cannot rule out any of these scenarios.

The Deep State creates chaos all around the world for justification of military and NGO interventions, so people can have sick adventures, vacations, military adventures, paid consulting in foreign places, all over the dead bodies of millions of people.

DC Swamp Rat Observations

Hillary supporters were committing suicide the day after election for this same reason: the alphabet soup networks are not reporting what is really going on. (But if you are smart, you know whom to tune in to!) Trump is preparing mass arrests and prosecutions of the Swamp Rats, and they are screaming bloody murder because they are headed to the guillotine (or prison, precisely). The only question is that of strategy. Will the calculation of Swamp Rat prosecutions help or hinder the mid-terms? If the calculation is hinderance, the arrests will have to happen in 2017/early 2018. If the calculation is to help, expect a very dramatic midterm season, marching the Swamp Rats in front of the Lincoln Memorial in handcuffs. It looks as if perjury will go against Comey if Trump wants to bury his ass, but I suspect he will turn on the Swamp Rats and sing like a canary if offered immunity from prosecution for perjury.

Trump and Eastern European Women

Why do people not understand what Trump is up to?  The answer is simple in Spiritual terms.  Trump has a thing  for Eastern European women. Eastern European women have Eastern Spirituality, which is a more ancient spirituality that the West is unfamiliar with.  Rudolph Steiner called this the Luciferian influence, while we in the West are of the Ahrimanian influence.  The God Ahriman is more materialistic, while the Luciferian god is more spiritual and beautiful.  Trump understands the Luciferian Way.  If you have spent any time in the East, or in Russia, you know exactly what I am talking about.  Thus, idiots in the West use Ahrimanian techniques to defeat Trump, but he is not playing an Ahrimanian game; he is playing a Luciferian game.  We in the West are not very much acquainted with Lucifer.  Thus, when we see a Luciferian game from Putin, or Trump, we will not be familiar with this God, and think the person is crazy, stupid, or foolish.  This, my friends, is a deadly assumption!  Trump has married, had plenty of sex with, and fathered children with Eastern European women.  He obviously knows how to handle these women.  Thus, he knows very well the Luciferian Way of the East!

It is that simple, my friends.

The Evil American Legislative Process

Rent Seeking Behavior

The American legislative systems has been a stock scam for a long time and it follows a predictable pattern.  The pattern is so predictable that it is surprising that someone has not identified it as criminal.  Then again, so many people benefit from the scam, it seems unlikely that it will go away any time soon.

Here is the standard scam.  (1) Have armies of lawyers create legislation in response to some fake threat such as insurance, health care, medical devices, energy, or anything.  (2) Have this army of lawyers work on this legislation for years, and become experts at the legislation.  (3) The legislation is so complicated that only lawyers, accountants and experts can understand it.  (4) make the penalties for non-compliance for the law so scary that normal people will fear non-compliance.  (5) Pass the legislation.  (6) The same army of lawyers creating the legislation are the only experts at the law, and become consultants and trainers on the new legislation throughout the nation as corporations and individuals scramble for compliance to avoid the stiff penalties.  (7) The consultants milk consultant fees for 2-4 years, up to a point where the nation is now up to date on the new legislation.  (8) Repeat the process over again with a new crisis and new legislation.

• Obamacare

Ishtar and Babylonian Spirituality

The ancient mystery cults were quite intriguing.  One can read Rudolph Steiner for all the details, but all the temple cults had initiation procedures that were kept secret, usually on the pain of death.  The preparation period was weeks or days to prepare the body and mind for the spiritual awakening.  Upon awakening in this age, one could encounter the goddess Ishtar once the spiritual awakening happened.  The civilizations collapsed when the religions collapsed, when the temple initiation methods no longer produced the visions of the God or Goddesses.

One thing about these Gods and Goddesses is that they appear for a time in history, then, after several centuries, they become dormant and recede into merely a memory.  The other thing is that these creatures inhabit places.  Those who have not been to these places do not have a sense of the power of these Gods.  

Which brings us to the West attacking Iraq, and possibly Syria and Iran.  I will prophesy thus, 

"He whom attacks Iran from the West shall surely be destroyed by the powers of the Ancient Gods of Mesopotamia."

It is very clear that Iran is protected by a special God, like Russia has a special protector from some God or archangel.  Putin, and all of his predecessors, along with the Ayatollah, have a mysterious air about them that is not of this world.  It is unclear if this Mesopotamian force inhabits ISIS, or if ISIS is some terror Agent Provocateur from the West.  But it is very clear that if material might cannot conquer a territory, you can assume with some certainty that a God or archangel protects that country.  

I assert that the ancient Gods of Mesopotamia will never allow the West to enter that region with power and sovereignty.  Britain and France tried a long time ago, and the United States tried more recently.  All Western campaigns have failed.  This, my friends is the power of the Gods and spirituality.  

My intuitions also tell me that there is a minor God with lots of power within the region of Syria.  If these Gods have sufficient power, the West will fail there also, if they are stupid enough to make the attempt. 

We can also call these Mesopotamian Gods, the Ancient Gods of Babylon.  They have given strength and power to many regimes in that region from Assyria, Persia, Sumeria, Iran, Iraq, etc.  They go to sleep for a few ages, but they always awaken when called upon to protect that region from contamination of powers foreign to that region.

The Immorality of Virtue Signaling

Traditionally, Virtue was the manliness of men; in common language, it means balls.  In modern degenerate American Puritanism, Virtue means the following: Emotional self-indulgence in the expression of False Pity for a Target group that the indulgent person knows said target has some repugnant characteristic.  In some sick way, the repugnant characteristic of the target group is directly proportional to the amount of virtue signaled.  

The expectation is that the Virtue Signaler will not expect a challenge to the signal.  When the Signal is challenged, the Virtue Signaler will use Shame on the challenger to perform a one-upmanship procedure with the desire of Confession of Sin on the part of the Challenger.  

Virtue Signaling is an Inquisition using Intimidation and social ostracizing to attack the Challenger.

In any situation of Virtue Signaling, when you identify the culprit and decide go on the attack, the attack must be ferocious, deadly, and Machiavellian in the sense that the Virtue Signaler will suffer from mental anguish for weeks from your attack.  Virtue Signalers must be given no quarter and Zero Tolerance.

Never attack a Virtue Signaler unless you intend to psychologically destroy your target.  Go in for the psychological kill or say nothing.

Trump the Deadly Machiavellian

So far, he has been able to identify some of the Deep State leakers with the firing of Comey. And, the Russian meeting was deliberate, designed to infuriate and generate leak leads. He is managing a Sting Operation, and it is going beautifully. Comey may have even been blackmailed into helping Trump. Only the fools will attack him now, and by their attacks, reveal their hand, and he can take them out. Only fools and those with nothing to lose are on the attack now. Pure Machiavellian. It is a beautiful sight to see. If he can get a guy like Bernie on his side, that would be the icing on the cake. Here is the thing: Trump has an unlimited tolerance for Stress, which his enemies do not understand. They have not read his book, obviously. And, he is a genius for timing - getting the high stress shit out of the way before any major election campaign for midterms. So, he will be brutal and deadly up until the midterm campaigns begin. Do not expect him to let up on all the nasty Machiavellian things until then.

80% of Winning is Psychology

Tony Robbins said this once.  It is true.  You can be the smartest person in the world, and do everything "right," but if your psychology is not right, you will repel people who are trying to help you and attract people who will bring you down.  Misery loves company is a harsh Truth.

A deadly and magnificent combination is High IQ combined with a winning psychology.  We see this in guys playing at the highest level whom refuse to lose, and will always find a way to win, no matter what, and even with what many around them think are impossible odds.  A winning psychology loves when the odds are against him, because he knows he is playing for a big upside if he wins.

Always find a way to win, and win big.

Psychology Findings and Power

Over the past 10-20 years, the findings in psychology have been enormous.  It is now scary when one understands the power of psychology over unsuspecting people.  The other problem is that it also has power over everyone regardless of intelligence and regardless of whether or not the people know anything about it.

Many writers in history have written that Charismatic people change the world.  People with a high level of psychological understanding combined with the will to use power are typically unstoppable.  Some examples where opponents were helpless include: Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Donald Trump.  Powerful people without Charisma who were taken down include the following: Dan Rather, Hillary Clinton, Patrick Buchanan, Trent Lott, and James Comey.  Doing everything correctly and acquiring tons of power is not a defense against a charismatic individual who is ready willing and able to exercise his power.  Historical figures include Hitler, Roosevelt, Kennedy, Napoleon, Eisenhower, MacArthur, Patton, Disraeli, Oscar Wilde, and the list goes on.  In the above list, we only need to list the last name, and we instantly know the person spoken of.  This is the power of charisma.

Studies done in the last few years have deepened our knowledge of psychology, and we can now train people to increase their charisma to a high degree.  We can train people to capture control over the minds of others and manipulate them.  And, the targets will never notice what happened.  We see similar effects online where there are algorithms running in the background of Amazon, and other places that match our past purchases, reviews, and search terms with advanced Bayesian Statistics to produce targeted marketing of items to us, which we seem to be unable to resist often.  This is the power of modern psychology.

There is a lot of benefit and risk to the findings of modern psychology - especially behavioral psychology.  The upshot is that we are closer to robots than we think.  The shocking truth is that with knowledge of some of our key psychological characteristics, we can program ourselves and others.  This is not exaggeration or hyperbole.

We have the ability to reprogram our minds to achieve unseen levels of success and achievement.  The down side is that there are tons of ways to exploit others using this knowledge in a Machiavellian fashion.

Nobody really knows the limits of psychology at this point.  We have only scratched the surface.  And, the strange thing is that more scientific minded people do not even believe the findings.  This is why the findings are not as well known.  People just cannot allow themselves to believe that we are programmable robots - with no exaggeration.

Strange Prohibitions of Alcohol

Every time you meet a teetotaler, you meet a fanatic who has deep issues that they have not dealt with.

We are commanded in Christianity and Judaism to drink strong drink.  It is not optional.  Thus, it is a strange thing for weird American versions of Christianity to prohibit alcohol, and still carry the name Christian.  They have more in common with Islam than Christianity.  

Aside from the Islamic prohibition, why is it wrong-headed for Christians to abstain from strong drink?  It is very simple.  Strong drink reveals the character of the person.  The ancient saying, in vino veritas has always been a true saying.  

When people say that they have done bad things under the influence of alcohol, they are not revealing the Truth of alcohol, but revealing the Truth about themselves.  

Those who cannot tolerate strong drink are not to be trusted!

It reveals your character flaws and shows you what you need to work on, ye fools!

In my childhood, my family was part of a nasty sect called Holiness Oneness Pentecostalism, the most miserable and hateful form of fake Christianity imaginable.  In these madhouses, called churches, there were many idiots that claimed to have "been delivered" of addition to alcohol, drugs, et cetera.  However, upon closer inspection these people had not addressed the root cause of the problem, but simply traded one thing for another.  They were still people of low character and could not be trusted!  They had anger issues, family issues, sexual issues, and generally a lack of control in many areas of their lives.  But, this was overlooked because they "gave up" alcohol!

So, every time you meet a teetotaler, you meet a fanatic who has deep issues that they have not dealt with.  You were warned!

Unification of Traditional Religions: Christianity and Islam

I see in the near future, a grand unification of traditional religions against the tide of secularism and materialism.  How far this unification will go, and in what form, nobody knows, but those who are religious seem to feel this in the air. 

Terrorism is probably state sponsored Agent Provocateurs in all forms.  No religion benefits from terrorism, so we must assume it is all state sponsored.  Thomas Sowell wrote several years ago that all terrorists in the Middle East seemed to have backgrounds in the western education systems, specifically in France.  So, we can assume that some western agents at least are involved in creating Agent Provocateurs, and perhaps some of the secular Middle Eastern states also fall in to this instigation category.  What we are sure of is that religion does not benefit from terrorism. 

Thus, I see a mass unification of Eastern Orthodoxy with traditional Islam firstly, and then, we shall see western traditional Christians eventually join this coalition.

The coalition will put two civilizational models head to head: those who see men as mere chemicals made up of just carbon, hydrogen and oxygen molecules, cells, and organs versus those who see men as Children of God, and must be treated and respected as Children of God.

Why will this happen?  Western secularism has violated the Laws of God with Abominations.  God will kill us all for willful support of Abominations.

Evil Low Fat Dieting

If you have participated in any training regimen for sports, or have been involved in any sort of fitness program, you know that the Low Fat Diet is a complete fraud.  We are to eat meat, vegetables, and fruits.  Grains and sugar are the root of all evil.  You know this for an absolute fact, if you have paid attention during any intense training program.  If this is true, why do we still hear of people doing Low Fat diets without meat, eggs, and bacon?  (aside from traditional groups like some Indians, and periodic fasting such as Lent and Ramadan).  

We can assume that major money is at stake in the Low Fat Diet fraud.  Almost everything in a grocery store is poison.  Cereals have an entire aisle dedicated to them.  Candy has several aisles.  Soft drinks have entire aisles dedicated to them.  All these things are pure poison.  But, they are cheap poison easily marketed to the lower classes to make them unhealthy, unhappy, and not pose a threat to the system.  

High Intensity Interval Training

It seems like HIIT is the way to exercise, unless you are competing for certain events.  Sprinting on a bike and maxing our your heart rate a few times in one session gives you more benefit than riding ten miles on the bike at a steady state low heart rate.  

Instead of working our for one hour, it is more beneficial to max out for a few minutes at a time, rest for a long interval, then max out again for a few more times.  This can be done using any form of working out: cardio, weights, etc.  Peak State is exponentially more beneficial than steady state - in just about anything! 

It is the magical thinking method of Exponential Thinking versus Linear Thinking.  Or, you can study Pareto methods.

Donald Trump is a Genius

Those who have a combination of high intelligence and high emotional intelligence can spot this from a hundred miles away.  He has never made a mistake.  Everything he does is done using a maximum long term effect calculation.  He has the patience to ride a negative wave, only to turn the wave in his favor after the negative energy burns itself out - this takes virtuous stamina, patience, and balls.  He will be America's Putin, by the looks of things, although, it is difficult to exceed what Putin has done for Russia.  Time will tell, but he has the talent to pull it off.

New Meditation Technique 

I developed a new meditation technique for busy people, to be used during the week.  Here is how to do it:

3 times per day do the following:

• Close your eyes
• Get your meditation object clearly in your head
• Breathe as deep as possible, then exhale
• Holding the meditation object clearly in your mind, and then repeat five times total

That is all!  

The trick is to clearly keep your meditation object in your mind during the entire period of deep breathing.

On the weekend, when you have time, you may continue your normal meditation of 20 minutes or so per session.  But this procedure is for the busy days.

Prelude

For those of us well read in history and politics, this concept will be more or less easily grasped; I call this the Second Law of Human Nature.  It is absolute.

The Second Law of Human Nature

All politics is the Implementation of Religious Belief.

Perhaps, to emphasize this, I would add, “Without Exception.”

The Evil Arminians and Evil Holiness Movements

All politics is the implementation of Religion, although perhaps very few understand this.  Given this Law of Humanity, there are a couple of evil religious ideas that are implemented within politics which proceed from these Two Evil Systems.

Holiness

These delusional people believe in a “Second Work of Grace” in that they are sanctified and holy and no longer sin.  Thus, you get strange outgrowths of this movement such as abstaining from strong drink, smoking, dancing, mixed sex swimming, ridiculous dress codes, etc.  

What does all this have to do with politics?  As I said politics is the implementation of religion.  So, we have laws against minors drinking, laws against public drinking, laws about serving of alcohol, wet counties, dry counties, prohibition of alcohol in certain places, and the list goes on.  

Arminianism

The doctrine of salvation from these heretics maintains that you must repent of your sins to accept the salvation offered to you from God.  It also has a strange idea that takes up central stage: apostasy.  What is apostasy?  It is the falling away of a believer into damnation.  The idea is that anyone can slip up and make mistakes and end up in Hell.  Most people think this strange - losing salvation, and repentance to accept God’s Grace.  Yes, it is strange, and it is harmful.

What does all this have to do with politics?  It means that good people can slip up and turn evil and we have to be on constant vigilance lest we fall in to the traps of the devil and end up in hell.  Can you smell the political fallout from this?  Certain sectors of the population, after an unfortunate event, are written off as hopeless.  How many politicians were written off just because they slipped up and banged their secretary perhaps once and with the same woman?  How many people are written off because they slip up and say something politically incorrect, like the N-word, something deemed sexist, or even slightly offending?  So, they slip up and we cast them into the outer darkness of hell for all eternity like a bunch of religious nuts?  

Yes, we are a nation of religious freaks who think we are being “secular,” but we are so ignorant of history, religion, and so self-unaware, that we are almost purely driven by religion!

Corollary of a secular society: The more a society attempts to purge itself of religion, the more fanatically religious it because since the religious impulse us primal and unconscious with the so-called secular people.

Evil Combo

What is the most evil forms of these two?  The combination: Armenian Holiness.  When religion combines the idea of purification of a person without sin, and with the Armenian doctrine of Easy Apostasy, you get sick movements that claim if you drink at all, you are going to hell.  And, that is just once instance of Sick Demented Christianity.  Other outgrowths of this are cult leaders that claim if you slip up and disobey the cult leader, you are kicked out, and then you are really going to Hell, you damned Apostate!

Now, you get the point.  The political implementation of these religious ideas are all around us.  When honest people change their opinions, they are declared apostates in politics.  When a guy gets pulled over for going 10 MPH over the speed limit, and gets a breathalyzer test, and gets arrested for being over the limit, and his life destroyed, you are experiencing these nasty religious doctrines implemented in politics. 

Remember this: religion is a primal, unconscious impulse like food, sex, and love.  You cannot - ever - purge yourself of religion.  

Thou shalt choose thy religion or thy religion shall choose thee!

Sex, Shadow Boxing, Extremism, Fundamentalism, Enemies

It is hilarious that Militant Atheists are former Christian or Jewish fundamentalists. Just like teetotalers are Drunks on a Sober Binge. Extremists of all kinds are reflections of their enemies. When you engage an enemy, you Mirror Him - this is a Law of Nature. Your enemies will not be exterminated - your enemies will become YOU. We are hard-wired and programmed to mirror image and Shadow Box with our own inner demons projected and expressed externally.

Carl Jung wrote a lot on this subject of the Conscious Mind and the Shadow.  There is a similar phenomenon with Animus and Anima being the shadow of the opposite sex within our psyche. For a man, the shadow of the opposite sex is represented by the Anima; the woman, the Animus.  

How do you know you have met your Amina/Animus in real life?  When you meet someone of the opposite sex that feels at the same time extremely eerie and extremely familiar.  You will strangely mirror their behavior when face to face.  Your animal lizard brain will instantly activate and you will feel strange and good at the same time.  So, bottom line, when you meet a woman/man that looks like your mother/father, with a slight twist on the theme, you will have met your Anima!  Thus, Freud spoke about the Oedipus Complex.  We humans are indeed

perverted creatures.  Please do not vomit!

When fighting an enemy, you must know his weapons. Once you find out what he uses for weapons, if you want to defeat him, you must organized similar weapons with greater quantity to win in battle.  If you want to defeat a boxer, you have to train exactly as your opponent does, and hope you can figure out a strategy to overcome him only after you have completely mirror-imaged your training to his.

So, how did Russia become so cruel and aggressive after World War II?  Given what you have read above, think.  Who did they fight and exterminate during World War II?  Yep, you got it!  How did they defeat their enemy after the enemy almost totally conquered 40% of their land?  They were forced to mirror-image their enemy to defeat him.  They became just a cruel, ruthless and bloodthirsty as their enemy.  And, they crushed him.  What is the problem?  In the process of crushing the enemy, their had to Mirror the enemy, and thus become like him.  So, after the war, the Soviet Empire was a mirror image of the Nazi Empire.  The Western nations like the United States and Britain did not bear much of the fighting against Germany, contrary to popular belief.  After the Battle of Stalingrad, the war was determined, and all was left was to mop up the remains.  Still, in fighting along the edges of the Nazi Empire, the United States developed a national gestapo called the FBI, we developed our own Autobahn called the Eisenhower Interstate System, and our military looked exactly like the stormtroopers we fought (although not directly like the Russians).

Enough of history.  Everyone knows this stuff.

How do we protect ourselves against extreme behavior and actions?  This, yes, is La Piece de Resistance!  How the hell do you do it?

Don't play in the mud with pigs.  Or, you will get dirty!

Sail on!  For we were born explorers!

Reach up thy grasp for that’s what the heavens are for!

My son, you have come a long way!  You are growing fast.  You are almost a man.  You are strong, handsome, and intelligent - all the powers you need to succeed in this life - in fact, more than the powers you need!  The Gods have smiled on you thus far, now consider them as wind in your sails.  

Sail on!  For we were born explorers!

The Gods have given you two things, above all else, keeps our line alive and thriving (1) Strength and (2) Beauty.  The statues in Greece and Rome were not there for decorations and being pretty.  The statues are there to make men and women more beautiful.  We have beautiful statues to thank for beautiful people.  Statues are spiritual objects that point us up to things above us to an Ideal.  They keep us reaching up.  Always keep the statues near you.  The heretics will tell you they are idols.  But, Fear Not!  For the heretics eat the bitter pill of despair, chaos and aimlessness for lack of a map and rudder.  Keep these heretics at a distance, and keep the statues close!

Spirituality my son shall steer thee to the Ideal of which you were born.  Think not about the lies of the heretics who come to thee with Siren words of fear, desperation, and terror, for these are the Devil’s children - born to speak lies, lick your ears, and lulls thee to a sleep of nothingness.

No, for Spirituality is within the Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit together, and never separate.  Never forget that the Body is an outward expression of the inner Spirit.  The weak, obese, and decrepit are never Spiritual (Our Lord called them the Poor in Spirit), and the beautiful and strong always have Spirit (even if they do not know it) - never allow ideology to make you think otherwise! 

Your Spirit connects to the trees around you and to the wild animals.  You Spirit connects you to the weather, the air, the Sun, and the rain.  The movements of the clouds shall move your Spirit.  

Breath!  Breath my son, is the physical expression of the Spirit par Excellence!  Observe your breath.  Breathe deeply.  Observe the combustion of oxygen within your system - this is the meter of your Spirit.  Secondly, your heartbeat - you must feel your heartbeat at all times.  Never be in a state where you cannot feel the blood flow through your body - at rest and during movement!  Both!  Especially at rest!  The heretics know nothing of this, but you do, my son!

Kill the fear!  Fear brings on paralysis, and paralysis is Death.  Life is motion.  Life is movement.  We live in the safest world since the dawn of time.  We have nothing to fear.  We are protected in all things, yet we still Fear.  50% of us shall reach the age of 75, yet we still Fear!  We may drive at speeds of 70, and crash, and still survive because we are protected with engineered safety devices, yet we still Fear.  We wear life jackets when on water, yet we still Fear.  We have the cheapest food of all time, yet we still Fear.  

No!  Fear is an illusion.  Prophets of Doom preach fear to profit from you.  Fear sells!  False prophets will damn you to Hell, burning with Fire and Brimstone for all eternity!  Yet, no man knows what awaits beyond the grave, and all are liars who pretend to know!  All are prophets of hate and despair who pretend to know!  All are prophets of Fear, who seek your riches in money, beauty, strength, and Spirit.  Never cast your pearls before the swine!  Prophets of Fear are swine!  They will drain you of energy, and bring you to a living death, all for the sake of using your gift for their advancement, and then move on to the net victim when you are a lifeless shell.  

Kill the Fear!  Never watch the news, nor listen to the Siren call.  Never!  These prophets of Fear  profit on thy energy and passion, and redirect it toward themselves, and away from you.  Every false passion that arouses you on the news is less passion for your exploring!  Never forget this, my son!

Breathe!  Live!  Life is in the breath.  Breath creates life.  Breathe deep every waking day out of bed.

Keep moving.  Keep breathing.  

The Body

There are two forms of exercise, and only two: Resistance and Cardiovascular.  Perform adequate amounts of these every week, and never fail in this!  Spirituality is also expressed in the physical, and thus, the ritual of physical exercise will be in many ways a prayer or a sacred ritual.   The Body is the Mind and the Mind is the Body - never think they are separate!  Never!

The Mind

Creativity and resourcefulness comes from the mind.  Often this comes with the body in motion to create mindfulness.  Never believe that you can have a decrepit body and a sound mind.  This is impossible!  Every decrepit body has a defective mind also.  No exceptions!  

Never lose your creativity.  Keep it flowing everyday.  Open the fountain of creativity every day.  Make it a river of live flowing in unlimited amounts!  Open a blank page and begin moving the pen, even if nothing comes to mind - move your body, move the pen, and the creativity will flow!  It is like a faucet that needs to be opened to being the flow.  

This is the mind!

The Heart

We connect with others on an animal level.  Nobody chooses - our Lizard Brain chooses.  Bad judgement in matters of the heart come from a defective Lizard Brain not tutored in the ways of the world.  Experience shall instruct the Heart.  Exposure shall increase its knowledge.  

The Heart of drama is the stories we tell.  Others want to hear stories.  Action is another.  We move with those whom we love.  Stories and movement- these are the key!  Move together and tell stories of all together!  This is the Heart!  

No better instruction of the Heart is Travel.  Travel to a foreign place if possible.  Move away from your native land for at least a year - two if possible.  The Odyssey is real.  You cannot become a man without an Odyssey.  Nobody respects any man who has not been on an Odyssey.  Travel and adventure - find your Odyssey.  This instructs the Heart in proper measure of others, and gives wisdom in determination of friend, foe, and acquaintance.  Those who have never left their native land for a time are extremely blind, and lack a depth of spirit unavailable otherwise.

The Spirit

In the ancient languages, Spirit comes from breath.  It is zest.  It is the life force.  It is the push.  It is the antidote to the poisons we all face.  Remember the breath!  Stretch the body for spreading the combustion of oxygen to as many organs as possible.  Light the fire of oxygen throughout the body.  This is Spirit!  Remember all false religions take away breath and life.  True religions bring life, and life more abundantly!
