Vegas Shooting Body Language Analysis - Press Conference 10/013/17 (FBI Agent Only)

/// Disclaimer.  I am very skilled a Body Language Analysis.  However, I am just watching YouTube videos, and not on site.  Thus, I could possibly not have all information available to give a complete picture of the situation.  This is all my personal opinion, as the subject of Body Language has fascinated me for several years.  This even provides me with the opportunity to state predictions, and subsequently to track my accuracy.

We will review the Body Language Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Aaron Rouse of Las Vegas FBI.

Procedure

• Go through the footage once, with focus on one particular person and take notes
• Review the notes, and note all patterns from the analysis
• Form conclusions based on patterns within the analysis

Conclusions

• He does not identify with the community of Las Vegas
• He does not want to be assigned to Las Vegas
• He agrees with the Sheriff that the police were a target of the terrorist attack
• suggests organizational ideology and support.
• can be domestic terrorists
• Sheriff and SAC had a major disagreement in a meeting
• one dispute was how to handle the press
• possible dispute on what stories for the human narrative
• Probably the 8:00 meeting mentioned is where there was a major disagreement
• Question and answer session previously seriously disturbed both of them
• SAC has a problem with the FBI, but body language does not reveal the exact nature of the problem, but there are some indicators:
• possible problem with victims assistance units
• Possibly does not have enough people to cover all facets of the investigation
• probably why he asks for patience
• He is very positive on the mention of "significant progress"
• This means he has identified suspects
• It also means he knows the motive of the suspects
• It also means he probably knows how many suspects
• He is not happy about his name for some strange reason
• He is overwhelmed in this position at the FBI
• Both the Sheriff and the SAC think the request for public information is bullshit, i.e., "If you know something, say something."  
• Sheriff has significant contempt for the SAC as a man.
• Sheriff sees SAC as an imposer on his community
• SAC knows there are other "bad actors" out there, but cannot reveal this to the public.
• SAC has a problem with Campos timeline, as does the Sheriff.
• Something happened with Campos at the door adjacent to the suspect.
• SAC disagrees with MGM statement
• FBI interrogated Campos and many things are disturbing from this
• SAC knows there was another venue targeted for attack
• Suspects expected to ignite the fuel tanks with gun fire
• This disturbs both the Sheriff and SAC
• Paddock girlfriend is of no significance to the investigation
• They both think more people will die from their wounds
• SAC has more information than the Sheriff on the dates of entry for Paddock's hotel dates.
• Investigation is nation wide, and possibly world wide
• probably a man hunt
• Possibility that the SAC is feeling threatened with this job.
• covering of genitals is not what the "man in charge" does.  Like, never.
• So, he is in some sort of inferior position relative to someone watching him, but not sure who this is.  Perhaps a superior back in Washington.

He has his hands crossed directly in front of his genitals and he’s holding what appears to be a Notes on that sheet of paper. Hands crossed in front of genitals always indicates an inferior feeling in positioning with the expectation of a larger alpha male or similar influence threatening him. This suggest that his position as special agent in charge in Las Vegas will not last very long as a result of this.I do not think he feels threatened by the Alpha males on this stage in particular.

He also comes across as a homosexual but I am not sure what the implications of this indicator means.

Drops his head at the saying of Joe Lombardo Sheriff of Clark county. Strange gesture from an FBI agent. It seems he is giving deference to the sheriff as the superior male in the room which is a very strange indicator. This gesture is typically a bow in deference to a superior power or person. Which is why I mention that this particular agent probably feels threatened in his position.

Slight jump at the mention of press conference being different than usual.

More informational than Q&A he curls his eyebrows down at this point suggesting anger or puzzlement.

Eye block on outstanding issues out there in the public forum.

Fuel tanks in a couple of other items he appears to be recalling something in his mind at this point.
Two eye blocks on ensuring the accuracy of that.

Two eye blocks on narrative provided to you.

Visibly moving away from Lombardo as he is mentioning the importance of the accuracy with regarding the injuries

Interesting blank at mention of 8 o’clock this morning.

Lip purse when he says let me back up just a minute.

This cluster of gestures indicates there is a conflict between this agent and the sheriff.

Head tilt up when he mentions how he advise the press in the early throes of the investigation. Head cock up suggests a superior position.

Bubbles his head at mention of dynamics of this investigation. This indicates agreement with the section of the statement

Lip purse on for reaching in wide with regard to the investigation.

No reaction when Lombardo mentions trying to keep calm in the community in case there was someone else out there. But slight pursing when mention of somebody else out there suggesting a problem with that particular word.

Rapid eye block on Lombardo mentions questioning of his integrity from cyberspace.

Bobble head appointment shouldn’t of accuracy of information as I knew it at the time.

Lip purse in bobble head when mention of some of that is going to changed with regard to the information given out.

Hard eye block on mention of the community of Clark county. Suggest discomfort with the local community.

Lip purse on mention of the medical community here in Las Vegas. Head bobble on mention of importance of giving them they’re due respect.

Lip purse and bobble head on mention of by the grace of God the numbers don’t go up on the deaths.
Hit goes down on providing the care necessary.

Lip purse in brow down at today’s number is 58. Suggest a combination of anger and sadness.

Lip purse at providing information with reference to fuel tanks.

Two I clinches on the fuel tanks fired appointment with intent.
Mention a fuel tank security precautions my intuition says he is recalling video footage by the movement in his eyes.

Continue release of vapors. There is confusion cluster of body language indicators here.

Public information office out of Mccarran airport. A cluster of jesters after mention of this.

Had jerk up on mention of the dates of the 25th versus 28th. Suggests a superior position. Perhaps he has more information then the sheriff those on this point.

Head cock and I blink on another mention of the dates of the 25th versus the 28th. Another indicator that he has a superior position on this point where he has more information than the Sheriff does.

No reaction to the mention of the girlfriends name. A slight reaction to the word confusion after that point. This suggests the girlfriend is of no consequence to the investigation.

Cluster of body language on mention of objection to being subversive or withholding of information.
Head down on mention of Sheriff acting on information at the time it was provided.

Not much of a response on mention of paddocks autopsy except for potential abnormalities to be presented at a later date but even this responses very weak except for little purse after a very long pause. He didn’t like the initial report is suggested after a second review of this piece.

Strong response to the word timeline. Rapid I clenches perhaps three. Very disturbed by the timeline. Severe I blocking.

Head tilt up on mention of a lot of his guys time has been spent on the timeline. This suggests Sapir your position perhaps means his guys might’ve spent even more time on unbeknownst to the sheriff.
Very dynamic event head tilt down right slight lip person.

Head bobbling and eye-movement suggest recollection of video footage when Sheriff mentions tons of documentation.

Lip purse on the word venue. Again on the word information and investigation another lip purse.
Slight I clench after mention of officer Campos himself.

Forward body movement on the word interrogation.

Mention of Las Vegas dispatch slight caulking of the head upward suggest a Sapir your position.
Body rocking on mention of hall and private cameras. And very slight snap on the word interviews.
Slight body rocking response to the association circumstances were in accurate.

I block when Sheriff says he agrees with MGM statement. This was so clear as to suggest that the agent disagrees with the sheriff.

Body rocking on mention of here’s what I will tell you.

Cluster of moments mention of campus arrival at the adjacent door. Slight lip curl towards the left.
Eventually make access to the 32nd floor he golfs here obviously above baseline behavior. This is an important point.

Also dispatch to originally there is a stack of indicators on this point.

Mitigated that situation holds a cluster of indicator suggesting there’s a problem with this part of the story. All these jesters away above baseline behavior. Another go up and head cock up at mention of the suspect.

Body rocking at Mr. Campos received his wounds.

Visual recall election mention of the timeline with regard to camp poses radio call versus phone call. Suggestion is that agent has a problem with the timeline.

Majority of fire upon our community he appears to be recalling some video images by the movement of his eyes.

Combination of different sources he mentioned earlier. FBI guy is using body rocking in strange downward glances.

Eye blinking on mention of rooms adjacent to the suspects room. This may or may not mean anything.

There is no conspiracy has eye blocking movement on the word conspiracy in beginnings of body rocking.

To eye blocks on mention of nobody is trying to hide anything.

Lip purse on size of investigation followed by head tilt down word. Head bobble on mention of voluminous volume of information. Not downright one mention of to come the public.
eye blink on the word future investigation. Another eye Blink on the word investigation.

Head bobble appointments and of standing hand-in-hand with the FBI and the investigation. Also somebody rocking. A brief lip purse.

Rapid eye movement appointments and of the beginning throes of the investigation. This again suggest recollection of video footage as per previous analysis here.

I blocking behavior upon mention of contraction of scope for the Las Vegas police.

Head bobbling upon mention of local police concerned about the initial safety of the community.
One mention of possible other bad actors out there there is extremely important body language here. Make a big note here because this is way off baseline for this FBI agent.Agent looks up and left which suggests visual recollection. He also opens his mouth here which is way outside of baseline behavior. An open mouth always means shock as in oh shit. This is followed by a gulp. And a hint of lip pursing. And he is looking down and left and down in right which suggests kinesthetic recollection and imagination. Also by blocking towards the end of the statement.

Mention of investigation becoming protracted for the Las Vegas police and that’s where the FBI retains their expertise his eyes begin rapid eye movement which again suggest recollection of video footage once more here. I blocking movement upon mention of suspects life then again upon motivation. This I’m blocking is accident by a head nod down as in a punctuation.

I’m blocking appointment you know everybody else associated with him throughout time.
Requires us to rely on FBI our resources for that success brief not followed by lip curl to the left.
Mention of locals not acquiescent nor is the FBI coming in with a hammer there is body rocking here suggesting that is infantile behavior needing condolences. So this suggests that this is a disturbing sentence for this FBI agent.

More head bobbling on the term a joint operation

Upon giving the agent opportunity to provide statements to agent nods his head down then opens his mouth again as an oh shit moment.

Right after the FBI agent takes the podium that Sheriff has his hands on his hips and takes his right hand and slowly wipes over his mouth and her mouth blocking movement. Clearly the Sheriff has a lot more to say but cannot. This is a universal tell: all mouth covering in mouth blocking movements mean that the subject has more to say but is holding it back. Sheriff also exhibits internal tongue rolling movements from around his lips which suggests absolute contempt for the FBI agent as he is looking at them.

As the FBI agent begins to speak the sheriff keeps his thumbs within his belt as of preparing for action and is clearly an alpha male position which suggests that he considers this FBI agent inferior from a masculine perspective. He also covers his mouth and rubs it once more after pursing his lips down for a while suggesting he has a hell of a lot more to say but cannot. Take very good notes that this is an extremely powerful tell from the sheriff. Sheriff stares at the local flag twice while the agent is speaking suggesting his connection to the local community. indirectly suggest the disconnection of the FBI agent to the community. Again sheriff rubs his mouth and covers it suggesting plenty to say but cannot.The sheriff is clearly feeling superior in with contempt towards the agent because his posture is that a Lawman ready to draw his weapons. This past year suggests that the FBI agent is an enemy of the local community from the perspective of the sheriff. This is an important tell! More mouth blocking behavior upon mention of hours and hours of videos from the hotels. Appointment shouldn’t of the FBI here assistant victims Sheriff does want mouth blocking behavior which suggests there’s a problem here. I’m blocking behavior appointment and of further factual information to further the investigation. This suggests there’s a problem with the factual information. Severe live person from the sheriff when he says if you know something say something. Mark down this clue! There is something powerful here because of the intensity of the lip person and slight show of the tongue which indicates contempt. After this sentence the sheriff straightens up lift up his head in a position of staring down the FBI agent. Eye blocking and downward head tilt during request for patients. Another movement to cover the mouth from the sheriff. More mouth blocking behavior of one mention of grieving as a community. Head jerk forward upon mention of prevention of it never happening again.

Back to direct observation of the FBI agent.…When he says thank you Sheriff there is a scowl on the mouth and lip curl to the right suggesting contempt for the sheriff.

The agent by blocks on his name and also I blocks on the word FBI. This suggests that he may be embarrassed by his position or overwhelmed by his position with the FBI with regard to this incident. This is very interesting!

Lip pursing after mention of support of our partner. Lip pursing on since the beginning and snarl on the word establish A command post. This suggests he’s extremely angry with the idea or with the command post.

Strong lip pursing after a mention of many supporting personnel. This suggests there is a serious problem with supporting personnel.

Upon mention of covering every facet of this investigation he stares off as a pondering some idea in the distance. His eyes are in the visual section during this statement. He ends with a lip purse. Also note that he does very very subtle I blocking upon the mention of the word FBI. This is difficult to see in less you slow down the film to 25% speed. But it is there. This cannot be ignored and suggests he has some sort of a problem with the FBI since this is not the first time he I blocks on the word FBI.
Very very strong eyebrow lifting upon mention of making significant progress. This seems to be an honest statement which suggests if it is true that he has identified the suspects and determine their motivation and possible organization connections otherwise he would not mention the term significant progress combined with strong eyebrow upward movement. This is a strong clue!
When he mentions no affiliation or signs of any illegal ideologies to any groups his eyebrows do not go upward and his eyes are looking left center and left up suggesting creation of a narrative instead of recalling an actual event. This puts the probability of him telling A lie route right here greater than 75%.

Body language suggests he doesn’t have enough people to work the case and he doubts that he can cover all facets of the investigation. You can only tell this by slowing the film down to 25%. This guy is full of quick micro expressions!

There are strange body language around FBI victims assistance. There’s body rocking behavior followed by a hint of a snarl and also recall the sheriff is reacting very emphatically in his body language on this. Also In asking for public factual information there is an obvious contempt expression here. This suggests this request is not serious. Angry snarl on the lips upon mention of please call us.

Mouth agape at mention of if you know something say something. Again this is an oh shit expression.
Another I’ve block upon mention of FBI. This reinforces the previous. Made that from his perspective there something wrong with the FBI.

Strong eyebrow lift on mention of FBI nor his partners rush to conclusions. This suggests a true statement with emphasis.

Eyebrow lift upon asking for patients. This suggests a true statement.

Another eye blocked on mention of the word FBI after brow lifting on mention of the FBI’s thoroughness and discretion.

Strong eyebrow raising upon mentioning of it is your city. This is a Freudian slip! The FBI agent definitely does not identify as part of the city. This also supports the theory that he has a problem with the FBI which suggests he does not want to be in Las Vegas! I squinting upon mention of the word Las Vegas when describing Las Vegas as a resilient community. Another data point suggesting he does not want to be in Las Vegas! Another I blocking on the word community when he mentions grieving as a community. Again reinforcing his disconnection with Las Vegas!

Appointments enough preventing another one from happening there is a upper lip curl which seems like a snarl toward the left side. 17:25

I blinks after the Sheriff mentions support and another narrative. He blinks a second time and then body rocking. He is clearly uncomfortable watching the sheriff at this point.

Head cock up to mention of 1000 heroes out there. The feeling of superiority obviously.

Eye blocking after Sheriff mentions my department.

Head bow when the Sheriff says I think it’s important for you to hear it.

Went the sheriffs begins in the first narrative the FBI agent has his head cocked up as if he is watching every move of the sheriff for some very weird and strange reason.

He starts responding when he says they ran out of tourniquets and started using other things to stop the bleeding. He suddenly moves toward the sheriff and then one eye blocking.

Moved away from the sheriff when he mentioned that Brady sustained for gunshot wound‘s. Begin of body rocking.

I look down right when Sheriff mentions the officer started arriving in vehicles as the suspect was firing on the crowds. Followed by eye blocking.

Head bobbles in yes fashion when the sheriff claims that the officers who took fire saved lives. Agent has no problem with this part of the story.

Very strong by blocking when the sheriff says whether he was targeting the police or not. This is so strong of an eye blocking movement deserves note. On rewind it’s an I block followed by an eyebrow flash which suggests the agent is in congruence with this statement. This is a very telling point. So the FBI agent knows for a fact that the police were targeted in this terrorist event. This definitely has implications for domestic terrorist groups.

We will review the Body Language Sheriff Lombardo.

This is the advantage of recording people on video as they speak, because you can zone in on one person's face, rewind, and review the observations, and after ward, analyze the other guy in a separate run through the video.

Do you suspect your wife or kids are lying to you?  Ask them questions while filming them, and send me the footage.

Procedure

• Go through the footage once, with focus on one particular person and take notes
• Review the notes, and note all patterns from the analysis
• Form conclusions based on patterns within the analysis

Conclusions

• Sheriff releases information only to the extent to calm down the public.  Stated more than once.
• He has contempt for this information being given to the public.
• There is a serious conflict between the sheriff and the medical community that he is desperately trying to fix.
• The Sheriff has a problem with the information he is being given.
• He is being fed information from some source or sources.
• Prime suspects escaped, but are no longer in Vegas.
• The police were a target of the terrorist attacks.
• This strongly suggests domestic terrorists involved in the attack.
• If this was a domestic terrorist attack, it would turn the entire country upside down, thus the holding of the information to keep the public calm.
• The Sheriff feels his position is threatened.
• Do not be surprised if he resigns or is fired.
• There is something important in the investigation with regard to the fuel tanks.
• The Sheriff does not believe the story about the fuel tanks.
• Sheriff has a problem with the public information office at the airport.
• He has a serious problem with the information discrepancy on the dates the hotel was booked.
• Serious problem with the checkin date of the 25th for the suspect.
• They are hiding the abnormalities of the autopsy at this time.
• The timeline is deliberately published as incorrect, but they cannot report this.
• There was an incident at another venue they cannot speak about.
• Officer Campos was interrogated, and this seems to be a big problem for some reason.
• There is a problem on the timeline with the dispatch.
• They are deliberately providing inaccurate information, and this bothers the Sheriff greatly.
• There is a problem with the timeline at the 9:59 point.
• I suspect that Campos gave inaccurate information here and they are greatly disturbed
• Campos is probably a suspect, and this inaccuracy in the timeline makes them feel like fools because they initially hailed him as a hero, but are now silent on this point!  But, they hailed two other officers are heroes toward end of press conference!
• So, it is almost certain that Campos is a suspect and part of the terrorist operation!
• Mention of a barricaded door adjacent to the suspect.
• Freudian slip, so there was another suspect involved in a room adjacent to the room of Paddock.
• The Sheriff did not catch that this was a Freudian slip.
• A 21:59 (9:59 PM) human entry into a security log suggests Campos made a note here, which is suspect, and thus, makes Campos a suspect because this timeline cannot be correct.
• Freudian slip, of course!
• Did Campos hack into the computer, or did he make a hand written note?
• Another (second) strong indication that Campos is in trouble for something that happened at 21:59
• Campos getting injuries at 22:05
• At the same time the shooting began?  Strange.  Very strange.
• There is a timing problem with Campos radio times stamp versus cell phone call stamp.
• Majority of Fire
• Freudian slip
• most of the shooting happened here
• but some shooting elsewhere outside of the venue and into the wider community of Las Vegas.

Sheriff Lombardo: Raw Analysis Notes

Notes

Beginning at 28 the sheriff mentions stuff about his department and the body language is quite emphatic. After he says sheriff Clark county he purses his lips very firmly. And it looks like he gritted his teeth with anger and closes his eyes hard on the word police. This suggests that perhaps he may lose his job soon.

He gesticulates with both hands when he mentions outstanding issues in the public forum.
He trips up right after the word fuel tanks when he mentions a couple of items.

When he mentions the FBI agent he twice clenches down on his eyes suggesting conflict with the FBI. He also pauses long and hard before mentioning the FBI guy which suggests there’s a lot for him to think about with regard to this particular agent.

He says most of this conference will be done strictly through the narrative provided and he clenches his lips and mouth while looking down at the notes.With his hand gesticulating at this point it’s suggests he has a problem here. There is also another long pause and he clinches his lips and mouth once more. He is very disturbed here. A third time! He clenches his lips and his mouth very hard. This is a tell for an extremely extremely disturbing point for him.

The comment beginning about the injuries he closes his eyes somewhat hard and then braces the podium. This means it is at least important to him. He wiggles his finger on the podium and slightly pauses before he says an accurate picture of the injuries. This suggests that there is not an accurate picture of the injuries. What he says what is occurring with the injuries of the one October event he blinks hard perhaps three times suggesting there’s a big problem with this part of the statement.

Strong statement when he says let me back up just a minute when he gesticulates with his right hand index finger and Thumb in combination with lip clinch and mouth clinch. In early throes of this event of this tragedy he continues the same gesticulations.

Baseline note: when this guy pauses, the information that follows reveals what he paused about.
Pause before items of information are going to change. He’s making emphasis at this point would suggest the subliminal message to the reporters to be careful because this may impact Public Safety or something like that.

Hand gesticulation at the mention of the intent of early conferences was to give you the information  and provide the Calmness to the community. This was to ensure that wasn’t a second or third player hiding out in the community.

Note that he gesticulates on the second player or third player comment. This is a tell for a very very important point to be determined. Followed by a long pause then seeing there was no integrity question. This is an important point suggest there indeed was a second and third shooter but they can’t see anything at this point. 

Another pause at cyberspace questioning his integrity. This is a very very frustrating thing for him which suggests there is an issue here.

Another long pause followed by he provided information as he knew it. This suggests someone was feeding him bad or misleading information and this is bothering him.

Interesting comment when he says we will get through that commenting on the information change. Sounds like a Freudian slip on he will get through this because the questioning of his integrity was perhaps deliberate on the information miss leading.

Mention about not 100% satisfaction about information giving today with a hen a right-hand gesticulation on even that will change which suggests he knows for damn sure it will change.
Another right-hand gesticulation with thumb and index finger on lost in the narrative. That was strictly a public safety police and fire event. Another hand gesticulating saying including the medical community. This suggests a big conflict on the statement.

Hand gesticulation once more on mention of people taken to a medical facility with their bones dressed and taken care of. Again this suggest some big big conflict between the medical personnel narrative in the police and fire narrative. Another hand gesticulation on seeking healing process.
He mentions about an important piece and gesticulates with his left hand thumb and forefinger on the number of people still hospitalized. He is concerned that the number of deaths will go up based on the number of critical cases.

He trips up on the word medical profession after he clenches down his eyes. This suggests his mind was thinking of conflict with medical guys that he caught himself because the appropriate thing to do is to give appropriate credit to medical guys.

Critical pause before he says people meet their demise sometimes not under their control.
This also suggests that the number is actually much higher than 58 but for reasons of Public Safety they can’t release the real number but it could also mean that the jesses disturbed at the thought of the number going up.

Strange pauses on the word fuel tanks in combination with him insisting on reading from the narrative. This suggest that he may not be good at hiding his emotions when necessary for the investigation purposes.

Head scratch right after he says providing information referencing the fuel tanks. This is a massage action attempting to comfort.

Raising of his voice when he says it is believe the fuel tanks were fired upon followed by a slight pause. When he says with intent his gestures indicate that he does not believe this narrative rolling of the eyes suggest doubt for contempt.

This is followed by a seemingly corporate lawyer Lee reading of an oh Fishel statement from a company.

I clinching on the comment about already contacting experts. Another I clench on the term abundance of caution.

Lip clinch on public information office out of the airport. This suggests a conflict of some sort.
Teeth clinch on the word dates when he mentions the date of the 25th

He says they were aware of the discrepancies between the dates of the 23rd versus the 25th in the early part of the investigation. Not much body language data here.

Hand gesticulation right hand as he mentions the word the information as I was provided. This suggests he was provided incorrect information.

Another hands are sticky elation outwardly when he says as part of the person registered in The suspects room. This gesticulating indicates a problem right here with this statement.

Pauses at the term we have come to learn. Then another pause. Period. The suspect occupied the room on the 25th many body language Q stacked right here suggest there’s a big big problem with this statement.

I was acting on the information at the time I was providing it. This seems to be a pattern in this press conference followed by his conflicting body language typically with the pursing of the lips and mouth clinch. So he has a problem with the information he has been given many points.

Yes there has been an autopsy performed on Mr. Paddock. Note on the word Paddock another lip purse in mouth clinch. I am not sure what this means other than the name gives him plenty of stress. Then he follows this with or the suspect. This is strange wording in strange gestures.

Several pauses in body language gestures when he says there were no were the observations in the early part of the investigation. This suggests that there or indeed visual indicators now. Another emphasis that the initial report on abnormalities not present was a visual assessment.

Abnormalities to be presented at a later date is unknown followed by lip pursing mouth clinching and then sticking tongue out toward the right. Sticking tongue out typically indicates contempt in micro expression analysis. Perhaps he is in contempt of this statement from whomever.

Very long pause before mentioning about his investigators time being spent on the timeline.

When he says the word timeline he does a little purse mouth mouth clinch and sticks his tongue out again. This suggests he has contempt with the timeline as reported.

Genuine offense on the public accusations of incompetence.

Very strange sentence trip up in gestures when mentioning thousands of people involved humans involved in documentation in every venue involved in this information in this investigation. My intuition says the word venue was a Fradian slip. Also the word information seems to be a slight Freudian slip when he met the word investigation. This indicates he has a problem with the information he is being given again and it also indicates there is something involved in another venue that he cannot speak about.

Long pause followed by… The information was via security logs followed by a lip purse and a smack of the lips. There is a problem here! Officer Campos himself. Perhaps this trip up was the prequel to the mention of the officer. Maybe.

There’s a strange gesture when he mentions interrogation. The audio sounds like "lock interrogation" but this does not make any sense. This may be something to pay attention to has a clue.

Gestures at the word dispatch suggest there’s a problem with the dispatch.

Strange cluster of very quick gestures when he says the word accurate picture.

Another little purse on the word providing accurate information. There’s a pattern here with the information he is given where he is disturbed by it or frustrated by it.

Gesticulation with right hand and thumb and index finger where he says it is important that you listen to me. 9:59 is important. Another gesticulation emphasizing this. Another right-hand gesticulation when he says it wasn’t in accurate information I provided to you. Gesticulating when he says the circumstances associated with it is inaccurate. 

Very crucial Freudian slip in a discussion about Campos approaching a barricaded door adjacent to the suspect. Crucial Freudian slip. Why would there be a barricaded door adjacent to the suspects door unless there was another suspect?! So the security guard a send it to the 32nd floor to check out an open door alarm he was dispatched to an after he fixed that situation he received fire from the suspect. This does not explain why the sheriff said there was a barricaded door adjacent to the suspect. The is some type of Freudian slip suggesting an alternative narrative where he cannot give out details.

Big pause when he mentions 2159 as a human entry into a security log. This is a very long strange pause suggesting he is thinking about something extremely important as he is speaking.
He has a definite lip curl to the right when he says approximately 2159.

Speaking of officer Campos when he says in his attempt to gain entry I see flashes of micro expression anger.

Crucial body language analysis right here.  Hard gesticulating with the right hand hitting the podium about the time at 2159. Another right hand gesture at 2205 mention but not podium hitting here on the second time point. 

When he says the term initial volley of fire there is a clustering of body language here. I clench mouth clinch and let pursing here followed by another tongue sticking out. This suggests extreme discomfort in contempt with this piece of the information.

Lips stiffening and quivering when he mentions that Campos received his wounds at approximately 2205.

And speaking of the timeline of Campos radio versus the cell phone at the end of the statement his lip pursing gestures suggests he has a personal problem with this information.

The early reports about 2205 referencing the majority of fire upon our community was preceded by a very long pause. Again another Freudian slip when he says the term majority of fire. Suggests other fire from other sources but this particular place having the majority of fire. Also the term "upon our community" suggests widening of the effect from the concert itself to a wider area throughout Las Vegas community. Never ignore these Freudian slips! They always mean something. He also mentions these numbers were done by a combination of sources. This sounds to me like another Freudian slip where there or a combination of sources for each time point suggesting the event was much more complicated than is being reported.

Large body language gesticulations when mentioning 2217. Note rubbing of the nose comforting gesture. A smack followed by a sneer on the right side of his face. He has a problem of contempt with this piece of the information. This is when his officers arrived on the 32nd floor apparently. He mentions the term 12 minutes twice.  But logistics question is that at this point they believe the firing had ceased. How did they know the fire ceased? The only way they could know for sure is if the suspect was dead or rendered in capable of firing. This is very strange statement. Performed evacuations of the rooms adjacent to the suspect. Recall one adjacent room was barricaded. This leads me to believe that there something up with this adjacent room that they cannot release to the public.

Long pause then he says so there is no conspiracy accompanied by a right hand gesture. He says nobody is hiding anything and there is no conspiracy. If this is true it suggests he is being cut out if there is some sort of national security issue going on here.

Lip draws up on right on left when he mentions FBI so this suggests some conflict with the FBI.
Emphatic right hand gesture when he says my attempt as I stated earlier to give you information as I know about it to calm down people. Suggest that he is being fed information from another source for the purposes of preventing public outcry. Perhaps he knows he’s an information stooge for some national security issue of which is not privy to. 

Also live person and sticking out tongue when he says to calm the public. This is a big giveaway where he has contempt for the information given out to the public.

Sticks out tongue before he says does everybody understand that? This suggest he knows he’s giving out information for public consumption that he is the conduit of this information but he may not be privy to the real story for national security reasons.

Little purse at future investigation then long pause.

Stand hand-in-hand with the FBI and the continuance of this investigation followed by a lip purse. Another problem indication hear of some sort.

Long sigh and pause when he mentioned that his department’s role in the investigation has become contracted. His concern was the initial safety of the community followed by a trip but pause here suggest he is just a conduit of information and perhaps not a real participant. On the pause it seems that he almost said he was concerned with the initial safety of the suspect. This is a big Freudian slip. This is consistent with my theory that the reported shooter is not a suspect. His subsequent statement suggest that if the suspect escaped he is not in the local community location but perhaps far away only where the FBI has jurisdiction and not the local police.

Note the comment the suspects and everyone else associated with him throughout time. This suggesting knows that there are further suspects.

Strong right hand gesture when he says he doesn’t want anyone to take offense that there are thousands of heroes but he wants to take it home about guys in his department. That’s further above this suggests there is a big big conflict between his department in another department perhaps medical departments. Since this is the second time he emphasize this point this should be flagged as an extremely big deal.

Big narrative about personal stories from his department reinforces the suggestion of conflict among medical versus law-enforcement where he thinks he needs to make a point here.

He emphasizes that there’s a couple of individuals he wants the reporters to write about. Then a narrative about one officer taking for wounds when the shooter diverted gunfire from the crowd on to the police vehicles. He said it was readily apparent to him that the suspect adjusted his fire. The question arises (from me) here as to what sort of bullets could have penetrated a vehicle frame and or a window to hit the cop with four injuries.

So he is putting out information to the public that the police were also a target in this terrorist attack. This bothers him so much that he appears to be saying this but his own power.

He remained on scene provided security for the medical personnel even after he broke his leg and sustain the intense injury to his leg. Note the expression when he mentions medical personnel. This is another data point suggesting there is a departmental conflict between his guys in the medical guys.
He thanks the community for letting him be at sheriff. This cluster of indicators suggest that there are questions about his position

Vegas Shooting Body Language Analysis - Press Conference 10/09/17

/// Disclaimer: The following is all my personal opinion.  I could be dead wrong.  But, I love to guess and then see how accurate I was in a prediction.

Since we are not getting a coherent picture from the Vegas Shooting Terrorist incident, I will pull out some big guns here and perform some body language analysis.  My background in this subject gives me the expertise level where it is rare anyone can lie to be where I do not detect the lie.  Those wishing to pursue this subject as a study need to read "What Everybody is Saying," by Joe Navarro, a former FBI interrogator.

Hints to law enforcement and anyone giving live interviews.  Body Language experts can and will notice deception and lies.  You cannot control body language, and we experts can basically read your mind right off the screens.  Yeah, it sounds unbelievable and wild, but it is true.  So, please do not be afraid in the commentary below, because the research is out there, and anyone can do this with practice and training.  Yes, we can read minds.

Takeaways and Conclusions

• Campos is a suspect
• They are disturbed at the changing of the time line where Campos is shot before the mass shooting begins
• They do not want to release much to the media for whatever reason

The Sheriff

• There is an irritated blink after this statement, followed by a curled left lip.  Mentioning of the police department is making him nervous.  
• This suggests there is a problem with the police department.  Speculation: perhaps there is a conflict between the locals and the feds here.

"I'll give you some insight to where we're going with this."  0:13

• There is a noticeable pause, and sigh here.
• This suggests he has a problem where they are going with the investigation.

"Ill be happy to answer a small number of questions."

• He braces the podium at this point.
• This is a tell which is the psychological equivalent of a falling.
• Answering questions is disturbing him.

"Along with many agents from the FBI and ATF"

• Notice the sing-song tone when he says "many agents"
• Suggests sarcasm and sneering toward the feds

"updated information"

• He glares on this word.  Big problem with his updates.  Perhaps he is withholding information, or giving misleading information, or some others have done such a thing.

"Details that have been reported in the media."

• Lip curl here.  He has a problem with details reported in the media.

"We are in contact with him."

• He tripped up here, and there is a fleeting micro expression that is worthy of note
• Micro expression is left-up, suggesting Lombardo does not like what he sees here.  Visual recalled memory.

Lombardo is subtly gnashing his teeth as he describes the actions of the security guard.  

• There is something about the security guard story that Lombardo is angry about.

• Lombardo braces hard here, so this is disturbing to him.  We conclude that perhaps there is a problem with the room check.

• This security guard thing is really scaring the crap out of Lombardo.

• Is he scared of a lie?
• Is he scared that something went terribly wrong here that if found out, he or someone he is close to will be in serious trouble?
• Body language experts need to pay close attention here!

• Stack of so many body language indicators here suggests something greatly disturbs the sheriff!

• Stack of indicators here also.  
• There is a problem of who he came in contact with.

No evidence of a second shooter.

• Indicators point to this statement either being false, or the sheriff does not like the fact that there is no evidence.

"Had affiliations with any known terrorist groups or ideologies"

• very clear flash of anger here.
• Eye roll
• So, this statement is obviously suspect
• He is either giving false information or he is angry that no evidence has turned up.

"One particular event in the suspect's life to key in on."

• body language stack here suggest this statement is false, and he is not happy about it.
• Also notice the lawyerly language: "Do not believe there is one particular event"
• Lawyerly language suggesting there is more than one particular event.
• Students should study this carefully on how I can see this without almost any doubt.

Lots A and B

• A strange body language stackup here
• This suggests the Sheriff is very disturbed about findings in these two particular lots.
• This is not something to ignore
• I will say that I am almost certain there is a key point here in Lots A and B, whatever that means.

The room at Mandalay Bay

• Notice pause and lip action here.
• There is a problem here!

Associated with another individual

• body language and micro expression flash suggest he is seeing an image in him mind of another individual.
• tap of the podium reinforcing "another individual"
• Conclude that there is another individual, and he has seen him.

Went along in the suspect's mind

• Nonverbal tell that the term "went along" here, he is unconsciously meaning "went along with the suspect," but he catches himself before almost uttering this phrase.

An alarm associated with an open door...it was not the suspects open door.

• This may provide the clue as to why the Sherriff was disturbed by the story of the security guard
• Perhaps the other alarm was on the door of another suspect.

• This is so obvious as to conclude that Campos is a suspect
• Freudian slips at this point are so obvious as to conclude that Campos is a suspect, and perhaps Paddock may not be a suspect due to lack of escape plan.

I also conclude based on this (begin 13:04) mass confusion of will bubbling up emotions in the Sheriff, that there were other incidents bringing first responders to the incorrect location, and allowing someone to escape.  Bullet points possibility based on Freudian slips, confusion, and his high stress:

• many other shooters - more than 2
• someone escaped, or several escaped
• campos was likely involved, and probably took the shot at the fuel tanks.  Maybe.
• suggests also that Campos was found with additional things like body armor, etc.

We do not know if he intended to cause additional harm

• I am almost certain this is a false statement based upon his level of disturbance and the conflict of body language.

The explosives were not set up to detonate with a trigger

• pause suggests that the explosives were indeed set up to detonate, perhaps with other means.

They were not aware of him being shot until after they met him in the hallway

• I am getting more and more convinced this Campos has something to do with this.

• suggests a setup of Paddock from someone else.

• Students must always pay attention to Freudian slips that come up continually, under the guise of another sony being told subconsciously.
